Lego Club!

We’re very excited to announce that Lego Club will start on Saturday 9th February! Running from 2.30pm-4pm, it will then take place every second Saturday of the month. Children of all ages can come along, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (who will also be able to join in!).

You don’t need to pay or book; just pop along and join in the build!

Additional January opening times

Happy New Year from Friends of Stirchley Library! To kick off the new year we’re very pleased to announce that the library will be open a little longer in January. With support from Friends of Stirchley Library volunteers, the library will be open on Tuesday and Saturday lunchtimes (1pm-2pm from 12th Jan).

There will also be another late night opening on Thursday 24th January, with a limited service available until 8pm.

Christmas silent disco!

The Friends of Stirchley Library have booked a DJ for our first silent disco in the library on Sunday 2nd December from 2pm-4pm. There is no charge to attend; donations will be welcome. Light refreshments will be available and some Christmassy activities: Fun for all the family! Please ensure children are supervised by a responsible adult. No need to book, just turn up. Tell your friends!

Stirchley Library tender opportunities

As you may be aware the library has been without a boiler for a while now.
We are hoping that local business will be interested in tendering for some work on the library.

The work is made up of 2 components:

Mechanical Works
